More and more bartenders and mixologists are beginning to experiment with chocolate to keep its flavor and character without the burden of sugar.
It has been proven that chocolate can be beneficial to one's health, and so it is being put to good use in cocktails, for instance, in contrast to
the flavor of gin or whisky.
